Processing is carried out with and without automation. Actions include collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction.

The recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification) and extraction of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation (Part 5, Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

The Operator may engage service providers: the Yandex Metrica web-analytics service (Yandex LLC) and the Telegram messenger — to receive and process requests. Processing is carried out on the terms established by those services.

The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data without the data subject’s prior consent.

7. Cookies and web analytics

The Website uses cookies and web-analytics tools only after obtaining your consent via the corresponding banner. Until consent is given, no third-party scripts are loaded and no data is collected. You may decline cookies or withdraw previously given consent by changing your browser settings or deleting stored cookies.

8. Retention periods

Personal data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of its processing, or until the data subject withdraws consent, unless a different period is provided by law. Once the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, the personal data is deleted or destroyed.

10. Data protection measures

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision and distribution.

11. Final provisions
